Update

Haven't written in awhile. I have been using the internet on my phone since my cable and internet got cut off. Hopefully it will be back on soon though. Been doing pretty good. Have had a few bipolar moments. Haven't felt like writing. Been busy at work and had a good vacation

Being a Promoter For Body By Vi

So I signed up as a Promoter on 1 April 2014. I have yet to sign up any customers on the challenge or any promoters either. It is very frustrating. I don't think I am going to reach Rising Star. I try to think positive and keep my head up but it is frustrating. I am going to try to stay positive and work hard to reach my goal. I just want to help people but I also realize that I can't make people start the challenge if they're not ready too. People have to be ready to change their lives or let me help change their life. Its like I get people interested and wanting more info and then I don't hear anything else out of them. I am going to have to start making a list of these people who are interested and then follow up with them. I think I am going to do that now.

Body By Vi - The 90 Day Challenge & The Project 10 Challenge

I love this diet. I have lost 18 pounds on this diet so far. Since starting this diet I now exercise, eat healthier, am more aware of what I eat and about my health. I became a Promoter for Body By Vi to help others and make a difference in others lives. 

Those are 2 photos from the Westwood Hills 5K Dash With A Splash that my boss April and I participated in. Yeah who would have thought I would do a 5K? not me but I did and it felt great. That was my first one ever but it won't be the last. 


My new Body By Vi shirt "Punch Obesity In The Face". It's motivation for me and for others. Love my new shirt. 

Here is another photo of April and I at the 5K. Man it was so much fun. We were colored in every color of the rainbow. Lol. 

I had a feeling of accomplishment after completing that. I didn't give up and I'm proud of myself. 

A little motivation for you. Take a small step in the right direction to change your life forever. When you take the Project 10 Challenge you won't regret it. Feeling healthier and being healthier will make a difference.
