Snow Day Off

It's been snowing since I woke up. Today is a lazy day or it feels like it because it's snowing outside and I'm stuck inside. The roads don't look that bad I mean people are driving on the roads. They were going really slow though. I'm glad my boss made it to work this morning but I worry about how she's going to get home though. She drives on 254 and that road is never cleared it seems like. So I am home with my babies. This morning I woke up around nine something and drank my morning shake and took my medicine. But I have been laying on the couch watching tv. I did a little cleaning and went back to watching tv. The news said the snow is building up. I haven't had my coffee today and I have only drank one bottle of water. I'm doing horrible for today on the drinking water. I am almost out of water but after I drink a bottle of water I fill the bottle back up with tap water so I don't run out. I have until Friday which is the day I get paid so I have to make sure I have water until then. With this next pay check I am buying groceries since I have the bills paid for the month. I need to buy my nuts and trail mix and granola bars. And things to snack on that I can have on my diet. It's almost time for my next shake. I ate two toaster strudels earlier. And I ate some crackers and a fiber one bar. That's all we really have on the house to eat. So it's snowing and Bella hasn't gone outside, she's been sleeping with Jen. Cinder has gone outside with me and she likes the snow it seems because she was playing in the snow. I can't find my coffee maker. I was going to make some Starbucks Hot Cocoa that Karen got me for Christmas. Jen has been sleeping all day. I think she has to work today. 

You know I have been thinking about Munchkin a lot lately. Munchkin is my cat that I had for 10 years. After I left Deborah she wouldn't give me Mynchkin back. I hope he is okay. I miss him. He was always a good cat. I know I have cats now but Munchkin was my baby and Zeus like him. I have a picture of him and Zeus. Zeus is my parents out bull. Mom said he barked at cats but Zeus loved Munchkin. 

Today is a good day to sit around and drink got cocoa. It's cold outside and the temperature is supposed to drop. Bella has been barking on and off but she won't go outside. 

So Faline has over the past week came over and helped us clean. We have been cleaning our house from top to bottom. Our landlord is going to be doing an inspection of the house to make sure it's clean. I hope it fits her approval. It's pretty clean in here and it smells good and looks nice. If it doesn't fit her approval we're going to have to move. I don't really want to move but we will do what we have to do. I like living here because we have a fenced in backyard and that's what Bella and Cinder like because they run around the yard and don't have to be on a leash when they go outside like when we lived in Lyndhurst. Cinder almost got hit by a car when we lived in Lyndhurst. I hated living there. At first I liked it but I realized it wasn't what I had thought it would be. I love living here in Verona and I love our house. 

Busy Day

I don't feel like writing because I have so much cleaning to do but I so feel like writing. I do but I don't. I have had a good day so far. This morning I ate a Granola bar for breakfast with a bottle of water. I took my medicine and headed to work. I got to work and made a Chocolate Shake for breakfast. And then I drank a cup of Juva Roast. I started on the cleaning list and got almost everything done by ten thirty. Took my second dose of medicine and then drank a Chocolate Shake for lunch. I closed my drawer out and waited for 3 o'clock to come so i could smoke a cigarette. 3 finally came and I smoked a cigarette and headed to the bank. I got to the bank and got my money and headed to the Staunton Junction to pay my electric bill. After that I headed to Comcast to pay the Cable and internet bill. Then I went to Ciro's to get Jen and I dinner. Jen got a Philly Cheese Steak and I got the Spaghetti Dinner. I took Jen her food and talked to her for a little while then headed home. Now I'm home with the dogs and I ate my food and fed them. I need to clean but I just want to relax. I had a busy day today. 

Unmotivated Today

So I was unmotivated this morning because my day started out not the way I wanted it too. I got to work and forgot my milk at home which I needed for my shakes. Jen brought me milk thankfully though. Then since I was all worried about getting my milk I forgot to rake my medicine but eventually remembered but I took it later then I usually do so I was unmotivated this morning. Finally after I had my shake and had taken my medicine and had my morning coffee I got going. It didn't start out well for me. I need to start taking my medicine before I go to work that way I don't forget to take it. Today wasn't a bad day but I wish I had been a little more motivated. Finally after I had taken my second dose of my medicine I finally got motivated and got stuff done. Jen sent me a photo of Cinder today and she was looking out the window for me. My poor baby missed me. I am at home now with my babies Bella and Cinder and they were happy to see me when I got home. I let them outside and while I was outside I realized I was out of cigarettes almost. So I let the dogs in and went to Dollar General and got Bella and Cinder bones and me a pack of cigarettes. Cinder was happy when I came home with the bones lol. Cinder loves her bones. We are outside and Cinder is in the yard eating her bone lol. Jen is at work unfortunately I wish she was at home with us. I love that she is working now and can get out of the house and feel more independent but I miss her when she is at work. I wish we worked the same shift. That would make everything so much easier. 

Busy Day

Man I have a headache, I think it's a sinus headache. So mom and I went to walmart today and I bought a blender and a scale. My blender is orange which is my favorite color. I bought some Sugar Free Fat Free Jello which I can use to flavor my shakes. For breakfast I had a Banana Shake and a bottle of water. For lunch I had a salad from Martins and a Chocolate Shake. For dinner I just had a Vanilla Shake but haven't eaten anything. Might eat some almonds or something. Mom bought me some almonds and a some nuts at Walmart. I also bought some more water that way I wouldn't run out because I was almost out. Mom bought Bella a new squeaky toy and she bought Cinder a sweater. They both love what Mom bought them. Cinder was warm when she went outside. And since Cinder had a sweater on I put Bella's Camo Shirt on her lol. Time to watch tv and relax and do some family research on ancestry. 

Cold Weather And Writing

Today the high is 16 degrees. The wind chill factor is worse. We have below freezing temperatures outside. My toes are cold because I went outside to smoke because I don't smoke in my house. But I bought some gloves at my store so my hands were warm. It's been a lazy day for me. I woke up went out to smoke and then layed on the couch with Cinder and we took a nap for a couple hours. I woke up and went out to smoke my second cigarette of the day and took the dogs out to pee. Then came inside and took my medicine and then Jen woke up so we went to get something to eat. We went to Mcdonalds and I got me a salad then we stopped at my store and I got some Juva Roast Antioxident Enriched Coffee which is healthy for you because it has antioxidants in it but it also has an Anti Energy Boost in it. I talked to April and Cheryl for a bit then Jansen and I headed home. I came home and made an Orange Vi Shake for lunch and ate some Almonds. Now I am laying on the couch and Cinder is on top of me laying and we are watching tv. Jen is in the bathroom taking a shower because she has to go to work. It sucks that I am off and she has to work. She was off Sunday and yesterday but I was working. Hopefully next week we will have at least one day off together. I gotta do laundry and clean some more and sweep the house but I am in a writing mood and thought it would be a good time to write and do some filu research. It's cold outside. We have record low temperatures outside today. The wind chill factor makes it even colder. The high for today is 16 degrees which sucks. It is freezing outside and with the cold weather I become lazy kind of, it makes me unmotivated and not want to do anything because it's so cold. I am getting sick again guess I have a cold or something. I did have Walking Pneumonia but was getting better but now I am sick again. Bought me some DayQuil so I am going to take some of that. Hopefully I start to feel better soon. I hate being sick. I hate the Winter because I don't get as much done during the Winter. The cold unmotivated me and makes me feel like not doing anything. It's supposed to warm up though by tomorrow thankfully. I can't handle this cold weather. It's ridiculous. People were posting photos of fountains that had froze. When you see photos like that then you know it's cold outside. Going to take Mom tomorrow around town and to look for a job. Mom is close to being the age where she can file for Social Security Benefits and she already has her retirement benefits. Mom has worked all her life most of her life at the hospital donuts time she relaxes and enjoys life. 

A Rainy Sunday

It started raining this morning when I got to work. It's been raining all day. We're supposed to have freezing rain tonight unfortunately. It's still raining and will probably rain all evening and night. I bet the creeks are flooding. 

At home now with my babies. Kali was laying on my lap, I love her, she's my baby. Jen is asleep so she worked last night and she's not feeling good. Her back has been hurting her. She went to the hospital to see about her back but I can't remember what she said they told her was wrong with her. I think it was something to do with her muscles. But she is sleeping now so I am going to try to be quiet this evening and not disturb her. 

Today was a productive day for me. I got lots done and did fe out of dates today which weren't much but 2 bags of stuff is more than enough. I have decided to start checking them on Sunday before April does the order. 

I drank a Banana Vi Shake for breakfast and ate a Banana. I also drank a bottle of water before I got to work. Then I drank 2 cups of Juva Roast. I also ate Almonds as a snack that Jen had gotten me. Almonds are supposed to be good for you. Around 12 I drank another Vi Shake and drank my 2nd bottle of water. As a snack after lunch I ate some Gluten Free Tuscany Chips we sell at work. And I started on my 3rd bottle of water which I haven't finished yet but am almost done with. I have been eating healthier since I started this diet. I got my kit on Friday so I started my diet then. Well technically I started I think it was Thursday that April gave me a shake for breakfast. So I started my diet Thursday because that is when I started eating healthier and stopped eating crap food. So I am on Day 4 of the Body By Vi Diet. Thursday I went to the VA for an appointment and when they weighed me I was 145. I haven't weighed myself because I don't have a scale so I don't know what I currently weigh. I really need to get a scale or see if Mom can get me one. Not sure how much they cost. But having one is important in my dieting process. So that is next on my list to get. And I still haven't taken a before photo and I really don't want to but I know it's important to take one while doing this diet so I can see the change and progress. So I am going to have to suck it up and take one. I don't like my body, hence why I am doing this diet. That's why I don't want to take a photo of myself. 

So I am off The next couple days, gotta work tomorrow though then I'm off yay. Man yesterday I was so busy at work. I did over $5000 in sales yesterday. Needless to say I was slammed. A transformer at a substation in Dooms caught on fire causing around 30,000 people to lose power. So that's why I was so busy because everyone was coming in. I haven't been that busy in quite awhile. In fact I can't remember the last time I did over or even close to $5000 in sales. It was a good day for business for sure. 

Since I have been home I have sat on the couch petting Cinder as she fell asleep. I need to do laundry, it must be done. Jen did laundry last time so it's my turn now. Man Jen made the house look nice, she did a good job at cleaning. Now I just got to keep this house as clean as she made it. If only I could get some motivation and energy to clean and do laundry now. Laundry will get done because I know o need clothes for work tomorrow. 

So I have been family research on the Ancestry . Com website. I have the app for it on my tablet so I use that. And since I got an iPhone I downloaded the app on there so I can use on both now. I kind of gave up on researching the Kirchner side of the family. I repeatedly kept coming to a dead end and it go me nowhere so I decided to move on to other parts of my family tree. I added Jen as my Spouse on there and so now I can research her side of he family tree which I have been doingn. And to be honest it's quite interesting and fun really. Jen is related to General Turner Ashby of the Confederate States of America. I know that because it's on her Grandma Nancy's side of the family but I haven't gotten that far up the family tree yet but I'm close, real close. Nancy also told me that she is related to Robert E Lee also of the CSA. I haven't discovered that yet. But it's obvious that she's related to Turner Ashby because I have a Turner Ashby on he family tree, not the General Turner Ashby but a Turner born after him. And most of them have Turner as their middle name probably named after him. I'm excited to add him to the family tree, I can't wait. I will be researching the Ashby's this evening. Hopefully I can make a connection this evening. I can't remember who I stopped on but I think it was John Ashby. Who if I can remember right has a son named Turner Ashby. I love researching my family history and learning new things. Most but not all of the Census Record tell the person's occupation during that time and the highest grade they completed and if they lived on a farm or not. You can learn so much about a person in your family that you've never even met it's just so interesting to discover everything you never knew. I share my discoveries with Dad and Jen and Mom. My Uncle Larry also is a member of Ancestry and he researches our family too. Sometimes I am able to get information I am missing from Uncle Larry's tree because on there it allows you to connect to a member's tree which is also very helpful sometimes but sometimes it could also be very confusing because sometimes aome people have the wrong information. I know that because the information doesn't make sense or it's just not correct. Not sure where some people get their information from but they should probably correct it because they would get a lot farther in their research if they did so. There used to be an option on there that would let you find out what famous people you are related to but I will be damn if I can find out how to do that again or if I can do it or maybe they took it off the website. Who knows but when I did Ishtar it said I always related to George bus the President, we were distant relatives several times removed. And it also said I was related to Henry Lightfoot Lee which is someone famous, I think he was a Gerlneral or something, I don't know. I've heard his name before from Dad, I think he was in the Military maybe the Civil war or something. And I believe he is related to the Lee's as in Robert E Lee possibly. I don't know though like I said I can't figure out how to find that again or even how I did it the first time because it was so long ago. But I am interested in finding what famous people I am related too so I will not give up in fact I may just email Ancestry and ask them how to do it because I can't find the link. Of course I have been on my Kindle Fire Ancestry App so I may not be able to do it on my tablet and might have to get on my laptop to do it. I think I'm going to email them because I really want to know. The suspense is killing me lol. Well time to hop off here and get on my tablet to do some research. Hopefully the freaking website is working today because yesterday I couldn't crap because the website was down and nothing was working. It was very fray testing for me because that is my hobby, but not only that it's how I occupy my time when I am bored. I hope it's working today so I will have something to do. I could get on Facebook but there's only so much to do on there and sometimes it gets boring on there. With Ancestry I never get bored because there is always something new to do and learn and discover. The possibilities are endless on there. 

We'll, I believe I have written my page for the day. I didn't write anything yesterday because I wasn't in the mood really to write. And I was tired, exhausted and worn out really from the busy day I had at work. I ended up going to bed earlier then I normally do because I was so tired.  I talked to Mom and Dad several times yesterday. Their power went out yesterday too but it finally came back on. Dad had to wake up because he sleeps with a Cpap Machine and we'll since the power went out his machine wasn't working. I be the was tired, he probably went to bed early too. Well Connor is laying on my lap now trying tp get comfortable and wanting me to pet him so I am done writing for the day or at least for now. 

Rainy With Flurries

So this morning April gave me some of her shake mix so I had a shake for breakfast and a Banana. And I drank a cup of Juva rRoasr Antioxident Enriched Coffee. For lunch I had a bottle of water, a Veggie sub with lettuce, onions and green peppers on it on flatbread. Also a bag of Garden Salsa Chips. For dinner I'm not sure. Might not even eat dinner cos I am full from lunch. But I will be drinking 2 more bottles of water in the course of the evening before I go to bed. They say to drink half your body weight I believe that'a what it is so mine would be 4 bottles of water. I have already drank 2 bottles of water so far today so I have 2 left to drink. I just bought more water at the store so I am good to go. 4 bottles of water seems like a lot but I think I can do it. I don't see that my stuff has arrived so I guess I won't be having a shake for dinner. :( I wonder when it will come in, I hope soon. I still need to take my before picture. I might get Jen to take the photo for me cos I took one but it looked horrible. I totally dislike my body except when I have clothes on. But it is important to take a before photo so you can see the results so I will be taking one. I need to login to my Body By Vi profile and check it out. It's pretty cool, I am excited about this diet. I need to check out the website so I can find some shake recipes. So I bought Mom a juicer for Christmas and now I want one so I think I'm going to put one on layaway for myself. I want to get into juicing. My Cousin Sandy is all into juicing and raw foods. So I went to my appointment at the VA and Dr. Brown and I talked about the Kirchner side of my family. I told him about my family's past and the mental diagnosis on that side of the family and the discoveries I've had about them through Ancestry Website. So we talked about Germany and Hitler and the Nazis. And we talked about Geneology and doing family research. He is also interested in researching his family history so we talked about the discoveries we've made through the Ancestry website and how fascinating it is to find all kinds of different documents and records on there. After my appointment I went and got lunch for me and April then went back to work. Time flew by after that and now I am home with the pups while Jen is at work. Jen cleaned the house last night and man it looks good in here. She did a good job cleaning, the house looks so nice and the laundry is almost all caught up. Finally the laundry is almost caught up. It seemed never ending really. So Mom is enjoying her new phone and being able to FaceTime with Donica and I and Kaylee. Dad is also enjoying his new phone too. Well time to do some family research. Cinder and Bella got bones so they are preoccupied for now.
