Sociable by nature with an eye for the eclectic. I enjoy being around others and am especially attracted to the creative world. Others are drawn to me and admire me. I thrive out in the world and appreciate being surrounded by other people. The only exception to this is when I'm working in the creative realm, finding myself completely engrossed in a project for hours at a time. I am competitive, driven by a desire to outdo others. I am a Leader, I function best when leading others.

Angela D Bean's Birthday Wish | Causes Wish
Check out my Birthday Wish on Facebook Causes / Causes. For my birthday on April 20th, 2012 I'm asking my family, friends and anyone else for a special gift: help me raise $100 for American Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (ASPCA). My goal is to at least raise $100. I'll be happy with whatever I can raise for the ASPCA though. Help me raise money for the ASPCA this year as my Birthday Wish so we can help the ASPCA help animals. Animals don't have a voice, BUT, we DO, we ARE their voice!!! So let's help out animals and help the ASPCA stop the cruelty to animals.
Last year I donated my Birthday Wish to the ASPCA on Causes and raised $55 thanks to my family, friends and others. Thank you all for helping me last year.
This year as my Birthday Wish I'm hoping to raise even more money for ASPCA. And I'm asking for everyone's help this year, please help me raise money for the ASPCA so they can continue to help animals and can continue the fight for animals. Thanks to my friend Carol Long for donating already to my Birthday Wish on Causes. Carol was the first one to donate. Thank you Carol. ;-)
ASPCA was founded in 1866, it was the first humane organization in the Western Hemisphere. Their mission, as stated by founder, Henry Bergh, is "to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States." The ASPCA works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources with shelters nationwide.
I'd like to share a quote with you all, its a quote from Hillary Clinton that I love. I agree with the quote and I am the SAME way! I am very passionate about what I think is right, passionate about what I believe in. I'm passionate when it comes to different causes and organizations and thing I believe in and stand up for. So I love this quote by Hillary Clinton. Thank you Hillary for the awesome quote. You're a strong, independent woman that we can all look up to ;-)
Please consider giving to my Birthday Wish this year and together we can make the world a better place for animals. If you can't give now you have until my Birthday, 20 April 2012. If you're unable to donate anything at all then I'd really appreciate if you'd share this with your friends, family and anyone you can. Please pass this around and help fulfill my Birthday Wish this year. I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and thank you for everyone who donates this year to my 2012 Birthday Wish. And thank you to everyone who shares this and animals everywhere thank you as well ;-)
Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center Foundation
I'm writing a recommendation because they helped change my life forever, it changed for the better and they can help you too. They do great things for people with disabilities, disabilities of all kinds. I'm an Army Veteran and I think its great that WWRC participates and offers "The Wounded Warrior Project" at their center. The Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center Foundation is a wonderful organization that supports the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center, its students and many others. I was enrolled in the Web Design Course at WWRC which I was a student there. I completed my course and graduated with a Web Design Certificate. Graduation Day for me was so amazing and so memorable because Commissioner Jim Rothrock was in attendance at my graduation and also on stage when I received my certificate. What made it memorable for me was after I received my certificate and was walking across the stage to go sit down, Comissioner Rothrock stopped me and gave me a huge and congratulated me. At that moment, I felt proud of myself and knew he was proud of me as well, that's what made it memorable for me. I was also the Student Government Association President and active in many other things while living on campus and I got involved in any campus activities I could. Attending WWRC changed my life for the better, it has changed my life forever. They helped me in so many ways and I'm grateful for that. By being chosen as the SGA President by WWRC and its students, that helped me overcome my fear of Public Speaking, which is something I had always had a fear of. I would stand in front of the Students & Staff for our monthly meetings and talk to them and I was finally over my fear of doing so. I no longer have a problem with speaing in public, or in large crowds, or in front pf people, all thanks to WWRC and SGA. I'm thankful and also very grateful to WWRC, the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center Foundation, the Department of Rehabilitative Services and everyone else who helped me during my time at WWRC. I thank them for everything they did for me and all the opportunities I was given by them while I was a student. And that's why I recommend the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center Foundation and encourage everyone to support them and get involved. If you want to help make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities you can get involved, support and help the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation center Foundation continue to help others with disabilities like they helped me.

Raise Money on Facebook: Four Fundraising Applications You Need to Know About | NTEN
Fundraising Ideas - Fundable.Org
Fundraising Ideas And Online Fundraising Help
Fundable.org is born again with the same concept but a new focus and management team. Our goal is to provide funding for every type of group, activity or project from funding senior living to helping raise funds for disaster relief. In addition to compiling an extensive list of fundraising ideas, we will be adding a social network portion to the web site. The new Fundable.org will be a great option for individuals who need both social support and financial support for a new project. Here is how it works:
- Open an account and create a fundraising campaign.
- Your campaign must have:
- A financial goal (like raising $500 to help someone in need).
- A final deadline (to raise the funds)
- A text (and graphic) description to motive people to get involved and donate to your fundraising campaign
- Your campaign must have:
- Use our social network and yours to create a buzz and get donations for your new idea (campaign). Add our widget to your web site to increase the visibility of your project. We will confirm that the donations are real and continuously compile a current total for your project.
- When the campaign reaches your goal, we complete all the financial transactions and deposit the money into your account. If your campaign doesn't reach the goal by the deadline, no one pays and the campaign is closed.
Fundable.Org can be used to fund anything where you need a group of people to help fund the project. This can include:
- New business startups from food service to radical new inventions.
- Buying new equipment and services for non-profits and individuals that need help
- Short-term care in a senior living or assisted living community
- Buy a TerraQuant cold laser to help with your joint pain
- Buying a wedding ring and tie the knot
- Start music lessons or tutoring for a deserving student
- Get someone the funds they need to start an addiction recovery program
- Just about any cause that meets our legal and social responsibility guidelines.
Fundable is different because we do not charge any fee for our service. We pass on the credit card processing fees but that is it. We hope that by avoiding the service charge, we can re-establish the site's credibility (since it was tainted by scandal with the prior owners) This way your fundraising campaign produces the maximum revenue and you get the most return for your efforts. This site is funded by advertising on the fundraising ideas portion of the web site like our easy fundraising ideas page. We are not a non-profit but we are a little or no-profit business. Our focus is on giving every penny to those in need and not about wasting money on a non-profit image. In the next 3 months, we be releasing a whole new option for fundraising that will include a social network for support of new projects. We will also be posting information for those looking for alternative fundraising ideas. Fundable is a part of a whole family of community oriented sites designed to provide competitive family-style service where most sites are totally commercial. In addition to working with senior living communities and assisted living facilities, Fundable is part of a group of web sites that also help addicts find treatment centers. All our site try to use the highest standards to provide solid content and unique "non-commercial" services. Fundable is our premier site for funding new fundraising ideas. Since the beginning of our internet web site business, we have been trying to find novel solutions to complex problems. With our huge staff of one part-time person, we are able to boldly develop sites with no real commercial value or potential for revenue. Whether you are starting a new business or trying to gather funds to start a business or help a neighbor, Fundable is a good option for fundraisers. If you start a campaign and have problems, please check again later as we still solving problems from restarting this business. Since we are currently rebuilding the system, you might consider visiting one of the other fundraising sites listed on our online fundraising page.
We have the Paypal processing working so we should be on schedule to release the online fundraising portion of the web site.

ChipIn
ChipIn is a Web-based service that simplifies the process of collecting money from groups of people. We make this process quick, easy, and secure, and we provide organizers with numerous ways to get the word out about their ChipIn event.
Creating a ChipIn
Getting started is as simple as visiting our home page at chipin.com and telling us four things:
- What's the purpose of your ChipIn?
- How much money do you need to collect?
- When do you need the money by?
- How would you like to collect your money?
You don't even need to enter an amount you want to collect (if you simply want to collect as much as you can), but we find that ChipIns with specific goals are more successful.
Promoting Your ChipIn
The most important part of your ChipIn is getting the word out to prospective contributors. With the ChipIn widget, we make it incredibly easy to promote your ChipIns on the social networking sites you already use.
The ChipIn widget is a Flash application that shows the details of your ChipIn, such as your monetary goal, how much money has been raised, and when your ChipIn ends. You can even embed the ChipIn widget on popular services like MySpace, Typepad, Blogger, and Netvibes, or on any other Web page where you can paste a few lines of HTML code.
If you don't have a Web page or blog of your own, we can provide pages for you atyourname.chipin.com, completely free of charge. With your ChipIn pages, you can let your friends, family, and colleagues know more about what you are collecting money for, and keep them up-to-date on the progress.
Collecting and Tracking Contributions
Once you've created your ChipIn, we process and track all payments. Your contributors chip in via PayPal and the money goes directly into your PayPal account. As people chip in, you'll be able to track the progress of your event using the ChipIn widget, which can be inserted on blogs, profiles, and Web sites. You can also monitor events simply by logging into your account and viewing your Dashboard.
To get started, create a ChipIn or sign up!
