Here's another website I found. I scanned over it & so far it seems interesting.

About MicroGiving
Who We Are
Founded in 2007, the Micro Giving Foundation started with the basic concept of connecting people who have financial resources with people in need, also known as crowd funding.. Since its founding, the organization has built an online community of over 50,000 people, expanding rapidly and constantly looking for growth opportunities in the world of philanthropy and fundraising. All users can create individual Web pages dedicated to specific hardships or causes - medical treatments, funerals, school fundraisers, personal projects, and many more. In addition to that, users can upload videos, photos, and even entire address books to more efficiently reach out to potential supporters. This makes it easier for individuals in need to connect with the people who can truly identify with their struggle and offer much needed support.
Over the past year the Micro Giving Foundation began reaching out to the music and film industry, making promotion and fundraising possible for aspiring artists. This interactive community helps donors and recipients connect directly, allowing donors to identify with specific causes and form life-changing relationships with the people they're helping.
As expansion continues, we look to increase interaction with nonprofits, even going as far as supporting online ticket sales for nonprofit events, expanding into the collection of good's, and an international presence.
So if you have a great fundraising idea, are facing a hardship of your own, or are simply looking to give back to someone less fortunate, join us today. There's no cause too big or too small, and every dollar counts!
What We Do
We make it possible for people to channel their passions, projects, talents, ideas or dreams into something that helps others.
How It Works
Anyone can create a request for funding.
If you have a personal project, idea or cause-- raise money through us and give a slice of the pie to your favorite charity or directly to people struggling through a hardship. If you’re struggling through a hardship-- receive help from people who are passionate about their project, idea or cause and passionate about helping people in need.
Why We Do It
You don't have to come up with a project, idea or cause that solves world hunger. You can use you’re your talents, skills and passions to inspire others and collaboratively raise money to benefit yourself, and others in a positive and meaningful way.
