Great Day So Far

Its a great day so far and its not over yet. I got this morning and went out to smoke and let the dogs out to pee. I went inside and took my medicine, ate me some Chobani Yogurt which is healthy for me and good for me on my diet. Then I made a Chocolate Vi Shake and watched TV some with Cinder. Then I decided to exercise so I turned on the Wii and did some Aerobics and ran some. I exercised for 20 minutes and worked up a sweat. Then I sat and watch some of Kelly & Michael and then I went and took a shower. I took a shower with a quickness because I was waiting for the UPS guy to come with my medicine so I hurried up in the shower. After I took a shower I took Cinder outside and I smoked a cigarette and while I was out there I heard the UPS guy pull up around front so I went inside and went to the front door and met the UPS guy. I signed the package and he gave me my medicine and then I headed out the door to my store. I went to my store and got my Juva Roast which was fresh and then I got mom a cup of Juva Roast and stood around talking to April and Tabitha for a bit. Then I headed to mom and dad's house which is where I am now. I got here and took my medicine which I always take around 12 but I took it a little earlier today that way I wouldn't forget about it. Then I made me a Banana Vi Shake for lunch and then got on the computer. I got on H&R Block's website so I could track my federal return and it says it has been accepted but not approved yet so who knows when I will get that. Now I am sitting here writing this and waiting on Mom so we can leave and go look for her two jobs since she is on unemployment and has to look for two jobs every week. Hopefully her Social Security kicks in so she doesn't have to look for two jobs every week and can get off of unemployment. She doesn't really want a job and I don't blame her. She has worked all her life and its time for her to just sit back and relax and enjoy life. I hope she gets Social Security soon for her sake that way she can stop worrying about it. Jen is at home sleeping, not sure if she has to work today or not. She writes her schedule on the calender in the kitchen but I have yet to look at it even though I walk past the calender all the time when I go outside to smoke. I really need to look at it so I will be aware of when she works and I can stop asking her because I am sure she gets frustrated telling me all the time. She writes it on the calender so I won't ask her and I will know when she works. Lol. But I forget a lot of the time when she tells me things. I have a forgetful memory. I forget things all the time. I need to do memory exercises or something. I completed a course yesterday in Gmail and I am now able to get my certificate in the Gmail Course. I still need to get my certificate in the Google Blogger Course that I completed but I have yet to do that which I need to do soon so I can add those certificates to my book that has all certificates in them. I am proud of myself for things I have accomplished and I have accomplished a lot in my life. I plan on continuing my education and learning and plan on taking more courses. I just have to be in the mood to sit down and take a course or work on a course. Which yesterday was a good day to do it because I was in the mood which helped me complete the Gmail course. I am going to have to look to see if they have a course in Yahoo Mail because I would like to learn things I didn't already know about it. Yesterday I learned some things about Gmail that I hadn't previously known so it helped me learn more about it. I love taking online courses. I hadn't really done much to further my education after I graduated from Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center. I took a Web Design class at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh but I ended up dropping out because it was too hard for me and I didn't have help. I'm not good at taking online classes when I don't have help right there next to me. But that is why I like ALISON Online Free Courses because they are easy and they are step by step in explaining the course material. I need to write another blog like I said yesterday about more online free courses that you can take. I only got two or three listed in the blog I wrote yesterday. I will probably write another blog about Online Free Courses today or tomorrow. Whenever I get the time I will write another one which I am not sure when that will be. I am writing this blog today as part of my daily writing assignment that I have given myself. Maybe not a writing assignment more of like a commitment that I have made to write a blog everyday about my day. I think I am going to start exercising from now on in the morning. They say to weigh yourself in the morning because that is when your weight is the lowest or something like that. Well, that is what I have found that in the morning I weigh less then when I weigh myself in the afternoon or evening. However the scale I bought at Walmart says I weigh more then the scale on the Wii Fit game. So I am going with the weight that the Wii Fit tells me that I am. I like that weight better lol. It said this morning that I was 136 or 137 so I will go with that. Because when I first started the Body By Vi Diet I weighed 148 and I am now at 136 so I have lost weight which is good. I am happy with the weight that I am now but would be even happier if I lost more weight which is my goal. I will not give up on this diet at all because I like it, it tastes good, its healthy and I feel so much better since I have started this diet. And I believe this diet has helped my seasonal depression too because I am not as depressed as I was this time last year.
