Day 8 of Second 90 Day Challenge

Today this is what I ate as recorded in my Noom App:

Breakfast:

- Progresso Traditional 99% Fat Free Chicken Noodle Soup 180 Calories

And it says I have 795 calories left that I can eat. So, my boss who is the one who got me on this diet pointed out to me today that I am not getting enough calories. Something to as which I didn't know or think about at all. Apparently I am not getting enough calories, I thought Calories were not good for you. I had no idea there was such a thing as not enough calories. But apparently you need to eat enough calories so you can burn off calories. Like I said, this is all new information to me. April also told me that I need to snack more during the day, which I haven't been doing. I haven't been doing that because I used to have a problem with eating when I was bored and I feel like if I snack a lot during the day that I will fall back into that habit which I don't want to do. BUT, if I snack on the right things such as string cheese and almonds etc then I will be okay. You're encouraged to snack a lot through the day but I still have that fear of eating/snacking too much in the day like I used to do and gaining weight. SO, I will overcome that fear and snack healthy throughout the day which I have been doing but I haven't been eating really. That is my problem, not eating enough in the day. As you can see from what I ate today I am not eating enough and when you don't eat enough your body stores fat and you gain weight. So the solution to the problem that I thought I had is really the problem so I will change that. I am starting on my second 90 Day Challenge and April said when she started her 90 Day Challenge that she had the same problem, she wasn't eating enough. So I am going to start eating more, healthy food and snacks of course. I am going to make this second 90 Day Challenge count. If it at first you don't succeed try again. And that is what I plan on doing.
