WE'RE HIRING AT MAHAVIR OILS!!! The position is for Cashier and your schedule must be flexible and be able to work various shifts. We open at 5am and close at 11pm so there would be no third shift. You must have at least 2 years of experience in the retail/customer service field and have reliable transportation. YOU MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND A DRUG TEST!! Stop by the Shell Station in Verona and ask for me, Manager Aiden. Make sure to ask for an application. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cashiers are responsible for taking cash payments from customers and making change, or charging purchases to customers' credit cards and providing customers with receipts.
• Clean the store inside and out
• Collect and dispose outside trash
• Make coffee and set up the coffee ready to be brewed for the next shift
• Pay company bills by cash, or checks.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Greet customers entering the establishments.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Establish or identify prices of goods.
• Redeem coupons from customers.
• Save credit and debit card receipts.
• Offer customers who are elderly or disabled carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
• Stocking the cooler.

Laundry & Cleaning

Started a load of laundry and folded one load. Cinder spilt my Coffee all over the floor so now I gotta mop. Had the mop bucket ready but decided to go to my store to get a refill on my Juva Roast. More refills equals more Shell Fuel Rewards points. I am up to 25 cents now, hey its a start. I want to get my card up to what Ray gets his which is normally in the 3 dollar range. I have never gotten mine up that high. I think the highest amount I have had is about 95 cents. I get free drinks while I am working or I would have a ton of points.

Sitting here with Bella and Cinder and they are chewing on their bones. I think I scared Tabitha when I went into the store. She was changing the trash in the bathroom when I walked in.

So the game is about to come on in a little while. Go Tennessee Vols. Dad will probably be watching it. I don't even know what channel it comes on probably should check before it comes on.

Dinner

Time for dinner, Jen and I are eating at Ciro's for dinner. So I got up because I couldn't sleep still and I took a shower and got dressed and let the dogs out. Then I left and went to my store and bought some cigarettes and chatted for awhile. Oh and I also climbed the gas price sign and lowered the gas price. The sign is about 15 feet high.

At Work

Today was a busy day at work. At least I stayed busy today. I didn't stock the cooler because April had Stefany in there pulling shelves out and cleaning. I did everything else plus some. I pulled a bunch of out of date Beef Jerky. There was a ton of out date Beef Jerky, actually I think they were Slim Jim's. I had a bag full of out of dates. I got lots done today, at least I feel I did. I scanned invoices and did the cigarette inventory sheet. I love being Assistant Manager. I had to climb the sign and change the gas prices. We went down to $2.96 and if you pay cash you'd pay $2.90.
