A nice day

Missing my Jen Jen. She's at work and I wish she was home with me. At least I get to cuddle with her tonight.

About to start laundry because I took a couple days off from it. The kitties are happy to have clean littet boxes. And I took the trash out and about to sweep and mop.

Today went by fast. Today was truck day at work. I stayed busy and I also gave Cheryl a heart attack lol. She didn't think it was funny until afterwards.

Drank a bottle of water this morning before work and started my day off feeling great. Had coffee when I got to work though. Had to have my Juva Roast. Meant to bring my Pumpkin Pie Spice to work with me so I would have it for my coffee but I forgot.

Thankfully this morning I didn't have frost on my window even though I had time to spare. I didn't procrastinate this morning like I normally do. Being a procrastinator is in my blood, can't help it. Sometimes its hard to get going for me, but mom is like that too. Sometimes its hard to get motivated and the cold makes it worse. That's why I am hating this weather. However it wasn't too bad today, it would have been better if the wind wasn't blowing. It was in the high sixties today thankfully. I want Summer back, I am so not ready for Winter at all.

Coffee and Water

I notice I feel better when I drink lots of water. At work I drink Coffee all day. I used to drink Coffee in the morning and switch to soda but I stopped drinking soda all together. At home I drink water, thats what I have bought to drink since I stopped drinking soda. But I think maybe I drink too much coffee. I need to just drink coffee in the morning and about 12 start drinking water. I think I am going to start taking a bottle of Dasani Water with me to work and drink that after the coffee. I will stay hydrated and have more energy. It aeems like when I drink water I have more energy and fell better. I am drinking coffee now but I think I will grab me some water after I finish my coffee cos I dont want to waste it. My store has good coffee, we have Juva Roast which is an Antioxident Rich Coffee with an Antiox Energy Boost. Its good for you, healthy for you and has an energy boost. It helps me get through the day. And I stayed energized all through the day.

Another Busy Day

So today was extremely busy for a Sunday. Trying to do paperwork and running the register and then do what is on the cleaning list. Which I didn't get much on the cleaning list done because I was too busy doing my Assistant Manager duties. It was so busy which isn't a bad thing but at times it was frustrating running back and forth a million times. We ran out of Juva Roast so the S&D guy better come or I and a lot of customers are not going to be happy. I hate when we run out of my coffee. I don't wanna have to go across the street to get my coffee. I like getting my Shell Fuel Rewards points when I get my coffee. I am up to 30 cents now woohoo. So it was busy at work today. This morning Buddy came in and he played tickets forever but we did a lot in Lottery Sales. I did over 400 dollars in Lottery Payouts. People were all about playing tickets today. I did 17 dollars and 29 cents in donations for Operation Christmas Child and 43 cents in Breast Cancer Donations. They extended the deadline for donations for Breast Cancer until sometime this month. Even though we as a company have already gone over our goal and my store has already gone over our goal of 700 dollars. We have raised over 1300 dollara at my store for Breast Cancer Awareness for the Susan G Komen Foundation of Augusta Blue Ridge.

So Jen is off today and at home with me. She is watching movies on some channel. She just got done watching some movie with Harrison Ford where he was a news anchor. I had never seen that movie before but it was almost over when I started watching it.

Jen and I went to Wendys for dinner. I had a Chilli with cheese and onions. It was good and we stopped at my store and got sweet teas.

Tomorrow is Monday the start of a new week. Its going to be a good week because I am using the power of positive thinking. I have my appointment Wednesday at the Salem Veteran's Hospital to get my Depo Shot. Jen is off that day so she is going with me to my appointment thankfully. Man Friday I had an appointment with Dr Brown and since I was there I decided to get my Flu & Pneumonia shot, one in each arm and now my arms are sore. Or maybe its my muscles that are sore I don't know but they hurt.

Came home and Bella and Cinder were happy to see me as they ran up to me and gave me kisses. I missed my babies while I was at work. I hate leaving them but they know I have to go to work so I can buy them bones lol.

So I haven't done any housework yet since I have been home but I think all I am going to do this evening is laundry cos I don't really feel like doing much else since I had such a busy day at work. Think I am going to just relax this evening

So last night after I mopped the living room I happened to look down at my phone and notice April was calling. I had 5 missed calls all from April and Tabitha and Jen. My.volume was down low so I never heard my phone ring. I had just taken my Risperdol and was about to put my pajamas on and go to bed. April calls and says the register is down and Tabitha needs me to come to the store. I am the closest one to the store so I went into work. I get there and Tabitha was kinda freaked out she had a very strange customer that kept standing there staring at her even after she told him that the register was down. She said 2 little girls came in and was paying for gas and they somehow messed up the Debit Credit Pinpad which caused an error on the computer. So I was down on the floor messing with the cords and trying to find the end of the cord for the pinpad and followed the cord all the way down only to get to the end of the cord where it was hooked up and realized that unplugging that probably wasn't going to help but I unplugged it anyway and it didn't reset it like I had hoped it would. So then I decided to try alt control delete and that didn't bring up the Task Manager so I decided to restart the computer. Doing that made all the pumps go down but thankfully no customers were on the pumps. So while the register was restarting I realized the cord in the back of the pinpad came out so I unplugged that and the pinpad restarted and then the register restarted and came back up and everything was fixed. So it was only two things that I had to do thankfully but it took me some time to troubleshoot the problem. But thankfully it all got fixed and everything was okay. So I went home after that and I reset the time on my alarm clock and the alarm on the clock just in case the time on my phone didn't reset itself which it did. And I woke up before the alarm clock went off anyway cos the alarm on my phone went off before the alarm clock did.

I woke up and let the dogs out this morning amd ate a Pumpkin Pie Poptart and then took my shower and headed to work for another busy day. Yesterday was busy too.

Laundry & Cleaning

Started a load of laundry and folded one load. Cinder spilt my Coffee all over the floor so now I gotta mop. Had the mop bucket ready but decided to go to my store to get a refill on my Juva Roast. More refills equals more Shell Fuel Rewards points. I am up to 25 cents now, hey its a start. I want to get my card up to what Ray gets his which is normally in the 3 dollar range. I have never gotten mine up that high. I think the highest amount I have had is about 95 cents. I get free drinks while I am working or I would have a ton of points.

Sitting here with Bella and Cinder and they are chewing on their bones. I think I scared Tabitha when I went into the store. She was changing the trash in the bathroom when I walked in.

So the game is about to come on in a little while. Go Tennessee Vols. Dad will probably be watching it. I don't even know what channel it comes on probably should check before it comes on.

What a day

So I woke up late but I went to sleep late. I have fo work third shift tonight and I can't make myself sleep. I had to get out of bed cos my back was hurting. I can't lay in bed for a long time. I had to fet up. So I got up and ate some Pumpkin Pie Poptarts and Pumpkin Spice Waffles. Then I took a shower and got dressed and went to my store to fet my coffee. I was in there for awhile talking and drinking my coffee. Tabitha and April are there working first shift. I can't sleep even though I should be since I have to work third. I took my medicine cos I didnt want to mess up my schedule of taking them. Need to take my iron pills which I havent done yet. April had it cold in the store, even a customer complained that it was cold in the store. Jen got woken up by the neighbors because they were revving up there engine in there General Lee. So she is pissed off that she got woken up. And when I pulled in the driveway the neighbors dog was shitting in our yard. Like really wtf. I told Jen and she went out the door and screamed at the neighbors. She is really mad, she doesnt like being woken up.
Today is a nice warm day and I am outaise enjoying the weather. I should be mowing or raking leaves. These leaves are getting on my nerves. I need to do something about them.

Cleaning & Coffee

So I have yet to start cleaning. I gaven't gotten motivated to clean yet but I am motivated to write. That's how it works out though. Need to finish my.coffee and make some more. Might have to go get aome Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer from Food Lion since I left mine at Mom and Dad's. I will have to get mine from there house Friday. I will be drinking coffee all day. That will help motivate me to clean maybe. Or it will help motivate me to continue to write. Either way sometime this house needs to be cleaned today and today is probably the only day I will have to do it or the only day I will feel like doing it. I am going to ne tired Friday but I have to stay on top of my meds and on the right schedule. But I won't be able to take my meds Thursday night since I have to work. My Risperdal makes me fall asleep so I can't take that Thursday night since I will be at work. Oh well its all good. Hopefully one night without my meds will be okay.

What a nice day

Man what a nice day it is today. Its warm outside. I might be spending the dat outside. Jen is sleeping cos she has to work third shift tonight. I have to work thid shift tomorrow grrr. Today is my day to clean the house. Gotta sweep and mop the floots and do some laundry which is much needed. Gotta find me a laundry basket cos Jen has all her clothes in them.

Went and got my coffee from work, I love the Juva Roast its my favorite. Now I am home and ready to clean well maybe not ready but I need to clean.

My Day

Feeling better than yesterday. Today the weather is nicer too. Its warm outside and the sun is shining and the wind isn't really blowing but when it does its not a cool cold wind like it has been. Bella and Cinder are happy to be outside enjoying the warm weather. Jen must be at work cos she's not here. I like having her home when I get hime. I wish she was first shift like me. Cinder loves getting rubbed and hugs and all the attention. She acts like she missed me so does Bella. About that time, to start laundry that is. I got more laundry to catch up on now cos Jen cleaned the bedroom yesterday. Its okay I don't mind doing laundry it gives me aomething to do. And I think I will sweep and mop and feed the babies.

I'm off Tuesday and Wednesday so Tuesday I am going with Mom and Wednesday I am cleaning up my bedroom and going to wash the sheets on the bed. Need to go through stuff so I can have a last minite yard sale to raise money for Breast Cancer. If I don't get it by rhen I guess we can still have a yard sale and the money will go to Operation Christmas Child. I xan't remember what our goal is but last year our goal was 10 shoeboxes.

Today was a busy day and I thought it would be slow but it wasn't. We did good in sales today. And we raised over $15 in Breast Cancer Donations. Better than yesterday for sure cos we only got four dollars yesterday.

I ate a hot dog for lunch with all fixins but chilli and cheese cos I don't like that on my hot dog. Didn't drink but 3 cups of coffee and 1 cup of iced coffee.

I didn't forget Tabitha this morning. I was  earlier for work cos I changed my routine in the morning and set my alarm earlier.

My Day

So today was day 2 of training Tabitha and she did good. Tomorrow she should be able to run the register by herself while I do paperwork. Today was a busy day and it got even busier after we lowered our gas prices. 711 was having a grand opening or something so they lowered their prices so we lowered ours. After that we were so busy with people getting gas. Since they were having their thing that meant they would change their gas prices back up so April and I stayed over so we could change our gas back up. We sold a lot of hot dogs too more then we normally do which is always a good thing. Now I am home and Jen isn't feeling good. Thinkin maybe the flu shot made her sicker. You are not supposed to get flu shot if you're sick and she had or still has pneumonia. So she is laying on the couch resting and watching tv. We both have to work tomorrow so we will be fighting over the shower tomorrow and she always wins. Forgot to call the lawyer back today guess I will do it Monday since they don't work weekends. Can't wait to get divorced and finally be done with it all and put it all in the past. I had like 6 cups of coffee at work today well I am still drinking on the 6th cup now. I was bouncing off the walls lol. But, I got a lot done today and we were busy so we did good for the day. We raised $20 in donations for Breast Cancer for the Susan G Komen of Augusta County Foundation. We reached our goal for today which I set at $15 so we did good. We did better than yesterday that's for sure. Didn't get to talk to mommy yesterday because when dad called mom was at the kingdom hall at the meeting. So hopefully I get to talk to her today. I posted a bunch of stuff on her Facebook Wall I wonder if she saw it or knows how to look at it. It was a bunch of a recipes I posted on there. I want to make some of those at mom's house, it would be nice to cook with mom. We used to cook together when I was a kid. Mom is a good cook and I learn from the best. Today isn't as cold as it was yesterday but I had frost on my windows this morning before I went to work. I am going to have to start getting up earlier so I can defrost my windows. I hate this weather, the cold sucks but I guess I should look at this way, at least its not raining or snowing. So at least I am grateful for that. Off to do laundry which I am almost caught up on or so I think. Still need to so my Daily Writing Prompt which I have not picked a topic on yet.

Soda

I haven't had soda in like two weeks. Today I took a few sips of Jen's Dr. Wham and man did it taste good. I stopped drinking soda and started drinking only water and coffee and tea. But man it tasted good. I am bad I broke down. Lol. I was wanting something different.

Coffee

Made coffee cos I was cold but I only had original powdered creamer not my pumpkin pie spice creamer :( Its not as good. Oh well, I am going to stock up on it when I get paid.

My Day At Work

So I woke this morning and let the dogs out. It wasn't too bad outside temperature wise. It seems like it got colder as the day went on and it was windy all day. Got to work and got my coffee so that helped me warm up even more. Had my Pumpkin Pie Spice Juva Roast and I drank 3 cups of coffee today. Thankfully it didn't make me bounce off the walls lol. I trained the new girl Tabitha, she did really well. I let her run the register the majority of the time. She has run a register before so she knew what she was doing but she had a couple questions. Otherwise she did good for her first day on register. Nothing too exciting happened at work. Today was truck day so that kept us busy for awhile. Came home and let the dogs out and they were excited to see me. Bella is happy to have her toy cos she left in the bedroom this morning. It is really cold outside. It was sprinkling when I got home. Then Jen came home amd we were sitting outside and it started sleeting then stopped. This weather is crazy. I am about to start laundry and put on something warm. I am so cold brrr.

DWP: Coffee

Daily Writing Prompt: Coffee

That was the first thing that came to mind. I have had 2 cups of Coffee so far today. I have been drinking Pumpkin Pie Spice Juva Roast. I like to experiment with my Coffee. But I like my coffee a certain way. It has to have sugar in it but here lately I haven't been putting as much sugar in my coffee as I used to. We are almost out of the Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer so I am going to go buy more and keep it at work. I think I will buy one for home too. Normally I get my coffee at work and don't make coffee at home even though I have a coffee maker. I don't have milk or creamer at home though so I have to get my coffee at work for now until I get paid again. Hopefully by then I will be able to find the Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer. Walmart probably has it unless Food Lion has it. I used to not put creamer in my coffee juat milk but the Pumpkin Pie Spice is so good. I have recently came to have an obsession with Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Spice anything. I guess you could say I love this time of the year because that's when they bring those flavors out. I heard they have Pumpkin Spice Waffles now. Think I am going to have to buy me some of those, I bet they're good.

The rest of my day

Went and took Mom to look for two jobs. Then we went to Allstate so she could pay our life insurance. Then we went to Staunton to the vet. They said Zeus would have to be seen before giving him heartworm medicine so we didnt get that. Then we rode thru the park and then went to the new Dollar General in Staunton. Then we headed to Food Lion and Family Dollar. This afternoon we went to Starbucks and I got my Cafe Mocha and Veggie Breakfast Sandwich and mom got a dark roast coffee and a pumpkin pie muffin. Now im home with my dogs. They are happy to see me and even happier that mom got them bones. Lol. Jens at work even though she is still sick.

The Sun Is Out

The Sun came out and is still out. Yay. So glad the sun has finally come out after we have had rain for 5 days straight. I was really getting tired of the rain and so was everybody else. People seemed to be in a bad mood because of the rain. I know I was too, but the weather does that to me. I woke up late this morning because Jen woke me up at 3am last night because she couldn't sleep and went out to smoke a cigarette and let the dogs out and Cinder wouldn't come inside. So she woke me up and told me my dog wouldn't come inside so I had to go out and get her in. I said to Jen, "This isn't a decent hour to be awake". Now she has been cracking up since I have said that. But really, I am a daylight person, I am never awake at that hour so I didn't think it was a decent hour to be awake and I was sleeping good and she woke me up. Cinder was under the deck and I had to go get her. Something must be under there that she wants. Oh well, I got her in and I went back to sleep and Jen ended up coming to bed shortly after that. I woke up late this morning, around 9am and that is late for me because I normally wake up at 6am every morning. I got up and let the dogs out and then I came inside and took a shower and got ready. Jen woke up and went and laid on the couch and I went to my store to get my coffee and talk to April. April is working by herself today since I am off work. After I left my store I went home to give Jen her drink and then headed to Mom and Dad's. I pull into their driveway and I notice I have a text and don't you know it was April. And I knew what it was about, the gas went down so she needed me to change the gas price sign because the sign is very high up and she is afraid of heights. I told her I was at my parents now and I wasn't at home. Thankfully Matt the Manager across the street came and changed the gas prices for her since she is afraid of heights. He had to change his sign anyway but his sign is one you use a stick pole to change not one you climb but he doesn't mind heights like me so he changed it. So that is one less worry because I was going to have to still change it when I left Mom and Dad's house but now I don't have to worry about it thankfully. Thanks to good ole Matt changing it. I am drinking a Pumpkin Pie Spice Juva Roast Coffee and its so good. I love this time of the year because of all the coffee's that come out. I am a huge coffee drinker. I stopped drinking soda and now all I drink is Sweet Tea, Coffee and Water. I decided to cut soda out of my life. You know they say soda is as bad on your teeth as crack is. Basically it does to your teeth the same thing crack does. So I decided I can live without soda in my life. I get cavities as it is and don't need anymore. I just had one of my teeth pulled because it broke and cracked. I take care of my teeth but I am always getting cavities. Apparently bad teeth run in the family. My Cousin Brian is in town from Maryland but I haven't gone to see him yet. Me and him used to be close but we kinda just got distant and stopped talking as much. I don't think we're alike like we used to be. People change, people grow up and become distant and I think that is the way it is with my cousin and I. Oh well things change and so do people. I need to go see my Grandpa though. I meant to call him last night but I got distracted with cleaning my kitchen and that's all she wrote. I cleaned my kitchen last night and threw a whole bunch of stuff away. My kitchen looks way better than it did. I filled all the trashcans up outside though but thankfully trash pickup is Friday. Hopefully I don't accumulate too much trash by then because I won't have anywhere to put it since the trashcans are almost full now since I have cleaned.Time to work on my online course now while Mom is getting ready. I had to defrag the computer and do a system cleanup since Mom and Dad's computer is ancient. I think they have had this computer since my sister was in high school. I know I used it when I was at WWRC. And that was back in 2007. Off to do class work now have a great day everyone.

Time For More Coffee

Gotta go home soon so I can take care of my woman, she is sick and in bed. About to leave with mom to go get something to eat. Think I will pick up some warm chilli for Jen. Its just as good as soup lol. Wendys has good chilli. This time I am getting mine with onions and cheese on top. And I think I am going to go to Sheetz and get a Pumpkin Spice Latte which of course I will check into Sheetz on Foursquare and get my Pumpkin Spice Latte for a dollar off. Awesome. Well off to get food and more coffee. I have been drinking coffee all day. It keeps me going. Lol.
