Ramblings From Bean

Well, I was reading on http://www.about.com and Kathy Belge does articles on lesbians. I read that Del Martin has been with her partner for 50 years. That’s a long time. She wasn’t married to her partner for 50 years but they have been together for 50 years. To me, that’s a long time to be with someone. I have never seen myself as the type that would settle down since in the day I was always bouncing back and forth between women. I was always single. I never stayed in a relationship long. Yet, here I am today and I am married to a wonderful woman named Deborah. I had never thought about settling down but I got with her and I now have 4 great step children. We have 2 adorable dogs and 3 cute cats. We are a happy family. I haven’t been with my wife for 50 years yet lol. Deborah and I have only been together since October 2009. We got married on March 5th, 2009. It didn’t take us long to get married.

Kevin's Knife Business

Well, I am helping my friend Kevin with his knife business. Deborah and I are going to help him promote his business. He wants to do the festival in Waynesboro that they have in July. I told him about it and he's excited about it. We are going to need to get a table to put his knives on, one of those long ones that you can get from Roses. He will need a canopy as well just in case it rains. He will need a cash box and a receipt book. He will also need business cards and maybe some signs to post on the table. Deborah will make the business cards. She's good at that. I used to make business cards but I don't want to compete with her so I let her do all that now. He wants to set up a fund for a wheelchair van. So we will see about that. I'm going to have to talk to Deborah about that. I'm not sure if they will allow that, they might but I don't know. Its going to be a good event this year cos Kevin will be there.

Road Trip

We are headed to Hopewell to see Deborah's kids. They don't know we are coming lol. Deborah decided that she wanted to surprise them. They will be surprised, I think. I hate the interstate sometimes. Its so boring and dull. Its like there is nothing to see but trees and cars. No buildings or anything like that except when you pass rest stops or your occasional building that is used for electric or whatever its called. If you take other roads to get to your destination at least you see buildings and businesses and all kinds of cool things. But the interstate does have one advantage, it doesn't take as long to get where your going. Its much faster than taking a back road. That's what sucks about back roads, it takes forever to get there and its not guranteed that you will see anything interesting. It could be just a bunch of trees and cars too. So basically you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. Lol. Its foggy today, it rained last night and the weather outside sucks. I think the sun is trying to come out which is good because the sun makes me be in a better, happier mood. I have the bed weather blues a lot. Lol.

Sometimes I Wonder Why

Sometimes I wonder why people feel the need to make me feel like crap. I don’t know why. Some crap went down on Facebook earlier and I was made to feel like crap. For what? I did nothing wrong. Someone on my friends list didn’t like the fact that my profile had a video of a car wreck and didn’t like that I had animal abuse causes on my profile. She went ballistic thru a status message. I must admit, I am a good person. I am never mean to anyone unless its Eugene and he always gets me back though, that’s just our relationship. But I’m never mean to anyone yet I am the one who is getting yelled at. I don’t know what her problem was, maybe she was having a bad day or something. Who knows.
