HOW IT WORKS:

Setting up a GiveForward page is the easiest way to support a friend or family member during times of medical need.

Here’s how it works:

Write a description of your fundraising efforts and upload photos that tell your story. You can also embed videos, post events and add links to outside sites.

Promote your pages via email and Facebook. Friends and family can donate to your GiveForward page using a credit, debit card or, if the fundraiser has it activated, a PayPal account.

Once your fundraiser reaches its end date, GiveForward will process your fundraiser and send the funds (minus a small processing fee of 7%). Fundraisers that have enabled PayPal will receive their entire amount directly into their linked PayPal Account, otherwise a check will be mailed to the address indicated during fundraiser setup. Do a happy dance knowing you just did something extraordinary for someone you care about.
