The hip hop scene in Staunton, VA

Apparently there is no hip hop music scene in Staunton. There is a hip hop scene in Charlottesville but not Staunton. I want to make the hip hop scene in Staunton better. I want young hip hoppers to have a place to go to sing music and freestyle. We need a place in Staunton like that. I'm surprised there isn't already a place like that. I thought the Booker T Washington Community Center was like that but not anymore apparently.
