Body By Vi Diet

I have been on the Body By Vi diet since 26 December 2014. I am committed to the diet and I actually like it. This is a diet I won't give up on. I have lost 8 pounds so far. I gained back 2 pounds  but then lost those 2 pounds again. I am at 137 and want to lose more weight. I would like to be about 124. The Body By Vi Diet is great. I drink a Vi Shake in the morning for breakfast and then drink one for lunch. I have a regular meal for dinner. I watch what I eat though and I count Calories. On this diet they recommend snacking throughout the day on healthy food like almonds and nuts and bananas. They want you to drink water, it's your body weight in ounces. So when I started I was 145 which is 4 bottles of 16 ounce waters. So I drink 4 bottles of water a day. I didn't cut out my Juva Roast Coffee because Juva Roast is an Antioxident enriched coffee which as anti aging and anti inflammatory properties in it so it's healthy for you so I still drink that. But, I use my Silk Milk instead of whole milk in my coffee. I put a couple sugars and Peppermint mocha creamer in it. Which that will change too. I am going to be using Coconut Sugar instead of regular sugar from now on. Mom and I found it at Walmart so I am going to buy some of it. I love this diet because you are not required to exercise but you can. And if you don't exercise you still lose the weight. My boss April has lost 23 pounds on this diet. She's been on the diet since right before Thanksgiving. I have cheated a couple times by eating things that taste so good but aren't good for me being on a diet. But I will not give up on this diet. I like this diet and I'm sticking to it. I have been eating almonds and cashews as a snack. Or I will eat a banana in the morning because I hear they're supposed to give you energy. The Juva Roast Coffee I drink has an Antiox Energy Boost in it and it gives me added energy. I'm so glad my Cousin Sandy and Cousin Sherry are health nuts. Cousin Sandy gives me lots of tips. She is the one who said something to me about my coffee drinking. She suggested Coconut Milk for my coffee instead of whole milk. I bought some at Martins when I bought groceries but I haven't used it in my coffee yet. I have been using Silk milk which is Almond milk. I suggest anyone who wants to lose weight try the Body By Vi Diet. There have been so many success stories. They have different kits based on how much weight you want to lose. I chose the smallest kit because I only want to lose like 15 or 20 pounds. The kit I bought was $99 plus tax which comes out to $114 but it's worth it.
